After attending an open inspection for the property I realised I would have to act quickly if I wanted to secure the purchase. The process of buying off plans was incredibly scary for me, I had no experience in this area of expertise, the whole process was made so much easier with the support or Anthony Molinia. Anthony had the patiences to go over the process many times until I felt comfortable in what was being explained. We dealt with Anthony when we purchased the property in 2005, during this process we had positive dealings with him, to the extent that we were more than happy to engage Anthony services again for the sale of our property 10 years later. During the sale process Anthony always presented in a professional manner, made it clear what was required, supplied regular updates and worked hard to achieve a good result. During the period of owning the house we rented it out for 5 years through Barlows, the service provided was ok, there was always tenants in the house. The only issue we had was there was a few occasions where the tenants had not paid their rent, this required me to question why, I feel the property manager should be all of this and when the rent is a day late to contact the tenants. Not for me to chase t up a couple of weeks late.
