During the period of owning the house we rented it out for 5 years through Barlows, the service provided was ok, there was always tenants in the house. The only issue we had was there was a few occasions where the tenants had not paid their rent, this required me to question why, I feel the property manager should be all of this and when the rent is a day late to contact the tenants. Not for me to chase t up a couple of weeks late.
