First, I should note that Anthony was not *my* agent. He acted for the vendor. I was the purchaser. The property went to auction and did very well (beating the price guide by >$500k). But, throughout the inspection and sale process, Anthony was a pleasure to deal with. He was always forthright and had a very relaxed manner, making the process less stressful for all.
