Throughout the process of purchasing our land through Skip, he was very professional and easily the best real estate agent I’ve dealt with. Everything he said he was going to do, he did. We never felt pressured about anything unlike other real estate agents and we weren’t forgotten about after we signed on the dotted line, like other real estate agents. Highly recommend Skip.
When we first requested to view the property, Skip told us that the owners had just agreed to rent it out on a two year deal. We expressed our disappointment and asked Skip to see if there was anything to change this. After a week or so of Skip's hard work (I think he had to find an suitable alternative rental for the prospective tenants), we were able to put our offer in and have it accepted. This would not have happened without Skip - it would have been easier for him to just say 'sorry, it's gone' - but he stuck at it and made it happen.

If you want a real estate agent that is honest and straight forward then Skip is it. Throughout the process he made us feel comfortable and offered sound, unbiased advice to help us make the right decision. Any questions we had were answered straight away and at no point did we feel any pressure or obligation from Skip. After having a great experience purchasing, we decided to list our house with him to sell as well. Again, he gave honest advice on things to do to the house before listing and he let us call the shots which made us feel comfortable. All I can say is there is a reason you see his face everywhere, it's because he's bloody good at selling houses. Also had great dealings with the rest of the Elders team.
