Skip is great, had good people skills made you feel comfortable and spoke well. On the other hand I felt like the process was all a little last minute, when doing final inspections old tenants were still cleaning and had no knowledge we would be arriving, quoted work was left outstanding, an inspection didn’t pick up faults with main gates, pest control for flea spray was booked for the day we started moving in and I wasn’t told so we got the keys and were told to move in but weren’t allowed in the house until the chemicals were cleared. I had seen on multiple sales on social media and from friends and family that they got a little gift basket to say a congratulations and thank you for going through that realtor so I had assumed we would get some flowers or a gift card but was saddened to find that was the case. It was an easy process but I did feel like it was rushed and my naivety in the realestate process was used to push things through. Love the home and would still do it again.
