This was a new one for Skip and he managed it perfectly. We saw the property and were captivated by it. Kept an eye on it for 4 months, then saw it advertised for rent. Contacted Elders to ask if it was for sale. 3 weeks later, a call from one of Skip's team who advised yes it was for sale! The next week we met Skip on site for a walk through and we went from there.
