Professional yet friendly from start to finish

As a foreigner, a non- Australian resident with little knowledge of Melbourne property market, I was very lucky to have Raymond and Anthony and as my agent. I was unable to come to Melbourne early to prepare the house for sale due to health issue. The house then was in a bad shape with stuffs piling up in the house and garage from the previous occupants and was dirty indeed. Anthony was helpful from start to finish. He doesn’t hesitate to go above and beyond for his clients, even if it means spending his Sundays holding a garage sale in our absence. The home underwent a facelift and turned into a lovely, warm and cozy home again. House was sold within a month at a pretty good price despite the sluggish property market. Thank you Anthony.
