Anthony was very friendly and hard working with good local knowledge but sometimes communication was difficult. It took nearly 6mths to sell our house and everyone was tired and wanted out. A low offer from a very difficult buyer was reluctantly accepted, despite us fixing raised repair issues. Anthony worked hard to keep both sides appeased but we were disappointed with the negotiation process, and felt there was more push for the buyer to ensure our house sold within tenure. In hindsight I wish we had the finances to fix the issues before going to market, thus making Anthony's job easier and I'm sure we would've got a more deserving offer.

Antony was a great guy, so easy to deal with which made the purchase stress free. Would highly recommend Anthony to anyone.
