Anthony’s role as our real estate agent was made far more difficult than normal as we moved to Melbourne upon putting our property on the market . Just as importantly Anthony was not only a great source of contacts for maintenance and tradespeople he also took an inordinate amount of time of his own to ensure any work that was organised for the property was completed in a timely and satisfactory manner —-including several weekend call outs. The sale was further complicated with the buyers needing to sell two houses to be able to settle and although a little protracted Anthony was in regular communication with all parties to ensure we knew the status of proceedings.
