Anthony Whittard was easy to communicate with, listened to us, stayed involved as we prepared our property for sale, and provided very good advice as to where to direct our preparation efforts. Anthony went above and beyond to help us get our property onto the market and to support us through the sale process. He was there every step of the way helping us to work through any problems we encountered.

Communication was good and Anthony kept me posted with the progress.

Very smooth process so far

Anthony was great to deal with. I think we had an open and upfront discussion. I never felt pressured. As a buyer, I never felt deceived or strung along. At one stage when the pest and building report threatened to create a chasm between the expectations of the buyer and seller, Anthony arranged further reports to allay my fears, kept dialogue going, and got the process back on track. I knew Anthony wasn’t working for me, but I still felt as though I could trust him. If that wasn’t the case, I do t think we could have reached an agreement. I am happy I have a new home for my family, and I hope the seller is also happy. Anthony did a great job. I’d recommend him to buyers and sellers.

Anthony kept going the extra mile for me. Having not sold a property and have lived at the same address for 50 plus years, Anthony lead me excellently through the whole process. I was constantly informed and advised of what was happening behind the scenes.
