Jeff encouraged phone contact at any time and responded in a timely manner. He introduced the sales team and outlined their roles in completing the purchase of a unit in a small complex. He provided information about the history of the premises, the low rate of turnover, the proportion of owner occupiers to renters, construction quality, and examples of the historical growth in sales returns. Jeff's professional, reassuring manner and timely communication of the progress of negotiations contributed to a successful purchase.

Good suggestions on how to get best price. Efficient and friendly

Jeff Pickering and the team at Conias Real Estate Ashgrove were outstanding from start to finish. Their communication, professionalism and genuine care made the entire process easy and stress-free. Jeff’s understanding of the market and his strategic approach meant my home sold within a week far exceeding my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with the result or the level of service. Highly recommend Jeff and the Conias team to anyone looking to sell.

Most importantly, they delivered outstanding results — securing a great price for my home in a very short amount of time. Their expertise and dedication were evident from day one. I recently had the pleasure of working with Caroline and her team to sell my home in Ashgrove, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly well-organised. Caroline’s attention to detail ensures that your home is presented to the market at its’ best and she also will quickly organise tradesmen for whatever is needed. What truly stood out to me was their integrity and direct communication. They were always honest, transparent and straightforward, which gave me complete confidence throughout the entire process. Selling a home can be emotional, but Caroline and her team were empathetic and supportive every step of the way. They understood both the practical and personal aspects of the sale and handled everything with utmost care and respect. I would highly recommend Caroline and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I would even go as far as to say that they restored my faith in real estate agents! They truly go above and beyond.

It was a pleasure to deal with Caroline and her team as both a buyer and seller. Caroline is approachable, energetic, a good communicator and takes a pragmatic approach. We really enjoyed working with Caroline and the whole team, who complement each other well to provide a seamless experience.

I was impressed by the honesty and integrity that not only Caroline handled the sale process with but also her staff. The sales staff and the office manager were so obliging and considerate. I would highly recommend them and look forward to future dealings with them.

We were so happy to have found Jack to guide us through our sale. His down to earth manner, excellent communication, knowledge of the industry and professionalism made it all a very smooth process. We trusted that he would get us the best sale price and he did!

Our experience selling with Jack and the team at Conias was exceptional from start to finish. Jack combines strong local knowledge with the practical eye of a former builder, which meant we received thoughtful advice and excellent trade contacts to prepare our home — all offered generously before we’d even committed to the agency. We weren’t ready to list until we’d secured our next property, and Jack respected that completely. There was no pressure at any stage, just consistent communication and a readiness to act the moment we were. Jack’s easy‑going, friendly nature made the entire process smooth and surprisingly stress‑free. He kept us fully informed, avoided any hard‑sell tactics, and handled every detail with professionalism. A special mention to the broader Conias team: the marketing exceeded all expectations. Despite them covering most of the cost, the photography, signage and campaign materials were the best we’ve had across any sale. We got a great, stress-free result, are genuinely grateful for the experience and would recommend Jack and Conias without hesitation.

I worked with Jack to sell my property in Ashgrove. From initial pricing through to signing the contract, Jack and his team were fantastic to work with and provided me with confidence that they would get the best price for my property. The communication to myself, my tenants and the property manager were all fantastic. Would definitely sell through Jack and his team if given the chance again.
