Anthony Wilson

The first time I met Anthony was an inspection that I went once for my friend. It was a rainy day and I couldn't find the address. When I finally got there I saw Anthoney waiting in front of the door with smile. That's why I immediately think about Anthony when we decided to sell our own property this year. Apparently, we made the right decision. It's a great pleasure to work with Anthony. He is responsible and responsive, you can reach him whenever you need him and he is always helpful. Thanks to Anthony we sold our property with great success. Highly recommend!

Anthony has been very professional in all our personal interactions with him during the purchase of our new home. Communications relating to negotiations where kept short and simple, allowing us to quickly respond to the requests of the vendor with our position. Without this level of professionalism towards both the vendor and the purchasers, this process could have become unnecessarily protracted and complex.

We have met with Anthony Wilson on many occasions, looking at houses for sale and also requesting that he look after the sale of my elderly mother's unit. On all these occasions and especially when explaining the procedure with my Mum, Anthony was a pleasure to deal with. He also looked after the painting of the unit and had to deal with a very difficult neighbour. He did this in his usual respectful and calm manner. He has integrity and is genuinely warm. I have no hesitation in saying he is an excellent agent.

We could not be more satisfied with Anthony. From the first meeting at an Open House (he waited for us as we were running behind) to the exchange of documents less than a week later, Anthony acted as if he was "our" agent, as well as quite clearly acting in the best interests of the vendor. He was scrupulously fair to us - and presumably, similarly fair to other interested parties - in apprising us as fully as ethics would allow him, where we stood in the bidding process, and making transparently clear what steps would be required for us to be the successful party - without attempting to persuade us (no "BIG SELL") beyond our own judgment. Most highly commended.
