My brother and I found Anthony Wilson to be extremely helpful and responded well to all our questions and concerns. His colleague and boss Kevin, we believe "choked" and was spooked by the rate adjustment from the banks leading up to our auction. His language dealing with us changed. Upbeat initially then downplaying expectations with statements such as that the "West Pymble market has gone up so much over the last 5 years ..." " the banks are signalling change..." These statements I spoke to him about as I felt he was implying that we should be happy with what we get as the market is downturning and heh look at West Pymble and where it has gotten to. Meanwhile Anthony was upbeat and did believe we would get closer to our reserve than Kevin. In the end Kevin took over and pretty much dictated terms on auction day. As the principal I get that. My sense of it is that Kevin wanted to clear the house off his list at an auction as quick as he could. We were naïve and had placed a lot of trust in them both.
