We approached Antony to help sell our house in Adelaide upon the recommendation of my brother who had used Antony to sell his home some 15 years previously. Antony was very quickly in tune with what the market conditions were, what he thought the property might be worth. We listed on Mother's Day and had 10 or so offers in the following week and had agreed on an offer two weeks after listing at a price that we were very happy with. Sold on the very first viewing. Antony arranged for an open inspection with just his registered prospective buyers..we had three offers at the first viewing and the house was sold within a week to a buyer from the first inspection. Not impressed with the service and advice. Especially after contract was signed on the house, turned more into a buyers agent than seller's. Communication was apalling. Painted a very rosy picture to get the job, reality was very different.

I had known of Antony since I bought my home 14 years ago and as soon as I decided to sell I knew I wanted him to sell my home. But first I did the smart thing and got 3 appraisals done. Antonys appraisal was slightly higher than the other two and his fees were fixed (not a percentage) and his recommended advertising costs were lower which meant that it was easily going to save me a few thousand dollars selling through him. His slightly higher appraisal was as a result of ridiculous knowledge of the area meant- so he got the job hands down. We worked together to decide the best way to market my property and doing a private open to just Antonys buyers gave us valuable feedback which enabled us to tweak the home to best present it for sale to the public. The price we achieved was above the asking price and this is because he did the research first so we knew what was going to be attractive to prospective buyers. We had to spend a little money to make some money but this certainly paid off. Antony is all about spending as little money as possible to make as much profit as possible. The sale of my property was not 100% straight forward and Antony handled this very well for both myself and the buyer. I think its easy to write a positive review as a vendor when you have reached your target amount but I witnessed Antony being very open, honest and helpful to myself as well as buyers, through the sale process. He spends more time than required (more than most agents would) to make sure everyone fully understands the process and what is involved. He also goes above and beyond his 'job' throughout the process, like opening for tradesmen, quoting, collecting keys from the other side of town late at night, driving a long way to get one initial so all paperwork is complete and nothing is left to chance at sale time. He is bubbly, talkative (he talks a lot! ;) ), efficient, honest & carries out his job with professionalism and integrity. I would sell through him again anytime.

Antony sold our house at Modbury late last year. We set him a tough task putting the property on the market just before Christmas and he delivered brilliantly.
