Antony is professional yet personable, engaging yet sharp as a tack, has a great sense of humour yet knows when to knuckle down and get serious. He has great market knowledge and is a master negotiator, getting us top dollar for our house for which we are very very grateful. Antony is a fantastic communicator which we feel is one of the leading qualities needed in a Real Estate Agent to avoid frustration to both buyer and seller. We were also really impressed with his ability to influence and guide the decisions of both parties without being dishonest, manipulative or applying uncomfortable pressure. All in all Antony is a gifted agent who more than got the job done. But what meant the most to us is that Antony also became a valued friend during the selling process - our kids loved him and we really came to enjoy the coffees and laughs that we shared. Antony is an amazing agent with a personal touch. He actually made selling our home fun and took away all the stress and worry. He dealt with all the paperwork and came to us after hours and basically went above and beyond just to meet our timelines. He is super friendly, funny, engaging and an all round honest real estate agent... You will hear him happily arriving at your property with a whistling tune and smile! I truely would not go with anyone else and will always use Antony for any future sales. He got the price we wanted and as it turned out, the offer we accepted came from negotiations from our first preview open. Antony was there for all our opens as well as the building inspections, photo session... He guided us through every step of the process and kept us in the loop frequently throughout the way. If you are looking for an honest agent that gets the results you are after then look no further than Antony. We decided to go with him after my parents bought and sold through him in Modbury North and could not be happier with our decision. Honestly, there is not enough good things I could say about Antony! You would be a fool to not consider him in your next sale and will not regret it if you choose to use his services for selling your home. Antony was great. He is very upfront (in a nice way!) on how to present your property to ensure you maximise your return. He is very friendly and professional and gave a realistic idea on what we could expect to sell our property for and this was achieved. We thought Antony was excellent however as the purchasers we understand he is working for the vendors and this is where we had a few issues. The vendors requested a 5 day extension of settlement, we gave it to them. We then asked Antony if we could have a 2 day extension - Antony immediately said 'I don't think they will go for that'. Communicate and negotiate with the vendors and attempt the 2 day extension; don't say 'no' immediately. The vendors then failed to move out of the home at the time of settlement and we strongly believe that again, communication had failed between Antony and the vendors - did he instruct them they had to vacant within a certain time or penalties apply (no); did he collect all keys from vendors (no) - perhaps the vendors are just difficult people to deal with and Antony did the best he could considering their personalities and the circumstances??

as a first home buyer the whole process is quite daunting, i looked for the perfect house for over a year and found most sales agents to be dismissive or unhelpful, especially when trying to arrange private viewings. Boy am i glad i walked into the perfect house with the perfect sales agent! Antony's professionalism, approachability and accessibility made the whole process a breeze. Nothing was too much trouble and the speed at which he responded to my messages, calls and emails was amazing compared to other real estate agents i had tried to contact. Antony took his time with me as a first time buyer and was incredibly patient and thorough when going through all the details of the contact and legalities to make sure i understood everything, which was refreshing and very much appreciated. on a personal level i found Antony to be knowledgeable, friendly and approachable, without all the sales gimmicks and tricks you often get with other agents. Throughout the whole process i felt as though Antony cared about me as the buyer and not just his clients. The building inspector he recommended was also incredibly thorough attentative and affordable. He also went out of his way to personally deliver the keys to my new house. What service! cannot recommend him enough, my family and i have all agreed if we were to buy or sell a house again we would go straight back to Antony.
