Ant made a good impression immediately. He had done research on the property I was listing and had a marketing plan, comparable sales and an example brochure for me to review. Once the property was listed he was in constant communication and made it as easy as possible for me. The Property was tenanted which made the process a little more complicated and Ant did a great job balancing their expectations while still selling the property. 10/10 would recommend.
