Communication Issue

Since you are in the market for a house and not a property agent, once you choose a property you get the agent without your choice. 360 realestate was fast and responsive until the contract of sale is signed. There was communication issue after the sale. Especially the information that could change your mind in the cooling off period. The information provided about the property was not hundred percent correct. One of my concern was expanding in future or subdivide and the information provided regarding this was also incorrect. I would suggest, ask all questions upfront and ask for evidence. Do your homework with inspections, town planners or otherwise builders. Get another private inspection and test each door, tap and appliance and be blunt to change your offer price according to any identified issues, big or small. Be very active yourself and no depend on your property agent
