zero credibility, highly unprofessional and very low integrity - didn't turn out for the final inspection - doesn't know the difference between what's fixed fixtures and fittings and what's not - Promised me something that the vendor had agreed on but later I felt like I was lied to.

Very friendly and accommodating. Didn’t push too much as a lot of other agents we met did. She went out of her way to sign paperwork with us on a Sunday to get things moving as quickly as possible. Had a small issue at final inspection as the house was a mess with hard rubbish left behind by the vendor, but Anusha rectified that the following day. Still however, could have been left cleaner for settlement. On the whole a very lovely agent to deal with!
