We originally tried selling our property with another real estate and had no luck over the 3 months. Lack of communication, no feed back, home opens cancelled etc. We put our house on the market with Elsie and within 5 weeks she had found us a buyer. We should have done our homework and gone with Elsie from the very start. She knows Baldivis, professional, and kept us constantly updated. Highly recommend.
We couldn't recommend Elsie and her staff highly enough. They are always willing to go the extra mile, always on call to calm any nerves and an excellent in-depth knowledge of the marketplace. We have so much thanks for being able to sell our property in the current harsh WA market conditions. Even after the sale is complete, they do not stop until all parties are completely happy and would not hesitate to recommend Elsie Corby in a heartbeat.
I would like to say on behalf of our Family what a pleasure it was to use Elsie once again. She has sold multiple properties for us, and always makes us feel comfortable. With three young children she made the entire experience fantastic! Any agent can sell houses, however with Elsie its the personal connection she goes out of her way to include, simple cards for Christmas, baby gifts when we had our 3rd child during the selling of house. Once again she has performed well for us, and we are thankful for choosing Elsie!
Very happy that Elsie and Doug were able to sell our property so quickly. Thank you to both of you!
We would highly recommend Elsie to sell your property each time we had to make contact if Elsie wasn't available she would always ring back with in the hour. She seems to be available 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Exceptional service
Elsie Corby was freindly and very professional .... would highly recommend Elsie and her company!
