Gavin Butler was a very professional sales agent. As we were selling our house from interstate, everything needed to be conducted over the phone/email and he was very responsive with communication. He gave us an appraisal of what he thought the house would sell for based on similar properties in the area. He gave a clear quote showing the breakdown of the costs involved as well as his commission. He got professional photos done, including drone shots of the house. He arranged the inspection and we got excellent offers above the asking price from that first inspection. I feel like he was not just working for us, the sellers, but working with the buyer as well to make sure everything went well on their end; he also helped us with the tenants who were having a little trouble moving out in time for settlement. Couldn't recommend him enough.
