Market was a little out of our favour and our house was on the market a while. However, once we received a genuine offer, Gavin went beyond to seal the deal. If you're looking for an in your face agent, Gavin isn't your agent. If you need your hand held and reassurance every week, Gavin isn't your agent. Gavin is a nice, relaxed fellow, who won't irritate prospective buyers with a full on sales personality.
