Being Accustomed to the aggressiveness and speed of real estate agents in Melbourne, I got a bit disappointed with the agents in Bendigo when I first started buying houses here ... until I met Gavin. Gavin is a very responsive and quick in communications, even after office hours and on weekends. This is all the more important as I work overseas often and being in different time zones, have to communicate with Gavin in odd hours. Gavin is patient and helpful and always respond my emails even at times when one is supposed to be asleep! His knowledge of Bendigo is unrivalled. I reckon that is due to the fact that he has stayed here for most part of his life, if not all.
