We engaged April's services upon the strong recommendation of a neighbour and were continually impressed by her energy, positivity and very thorough knowledge of the local real estate scene. We thought we were going to have a relatively seamless sale (upon April's advice at a price point that was a bit higher than what we'd hoped for), but multiple buyers ended up stuffing us around. This affected us as sellers and no doubt April too, but she "dug in" several times over a number of months and ended up seeing through a relatively painless sale at third contract.
