I felt really comfortable with April the moment we met. She's not your typical ego-centric Real Estate Agent if you know what I mean! April was honest, open to what we needed and fair. She went out of her way to accomodate all my questions and explained things in lamens terms when I needed simplicity. I recently asked April to help with the sale of a house for an elderly neighbour. Because of the circumstances, April understood that we were asking for certain protocols. Also that it needed to be a quick sale, as anything else would have been stressful for the gentleman concerned. We also needed a specific settlement date. We engaged April's services upon the strong recommendation of a neighbour and were continually impressed by her energy, positivity and very thorough knowledge of the local real estate scene. We thought we were going to have a relatively seamless sale (upon April's advice at a price point that was a bit higher than what we'd hoped for), but multiple buyers ended up stuffing us around. This affected us as sellers and no doubt April too, but she "dug in" several times over a number of months and ended up seeing through a relatively painless sale at third contract. April was always available for a chat (sometimes for reassurance!) and worked around the clock to ensure there were no delays getting documents signed, sometimes turning up at our house when we were in our pyjamas!
