April easily understood our requirements and only showed us properties which suited our criteria. Once we decided upon a house to buy she was great throughout the negotiation and pre-settlement period. Always prepared to help us to organise access for not only building and pest inspection, but also for quotes and work to be carried out the day before settlement. April has also followed up a couple of times since we moved in. I highly recommend April if you are looking to buy or sell in Coomera Waters.

April worked hard to find us a property we liked. She showed us thru ten or eleven houses over a period of around a week and had a good idea what we were looking for. Her persistence was much appreciated.

Well what can I say about the gal in pink undoubtably the best real estate agent in Coomera Waters she knows the area she knows the people, and is always in contact with the vendor as well as the buyer at all times if there’s a problem she’ll fix it. The way in which April and Jo conduct business was friendly and giving; reassuring at times. Their knowledge is excellent in regards to the Coomera Waters scene and they are clearly across sales here. This was very useful to us. Communication was somewhat skewed to only April providing open house feedback as opposed to Jo. An example.....despite Jo conducting Open Houses, we were not provided with robust feedback until April contacted us. Jo told us April would provide the feedback. While this is not necessarily problematic it would have been good to know ahead of us pestering Jo. Negotiation skills are unknown. There was only one counter offer from the purchasers and no obvious negotiation on behalf of April was evident. This does not mean it was absent, simply that we did not necessarily see it happening. Hi April and Jo, Just a quick note of thanks for making our purchase easy and painless. We dealt mainly with Jo and the communication was superb. As we were living in Sydney, we were relying on her advice as to which properties we may have been interested in, before making the trip to inspect in person. She managed to accommodate our random schedule and was successful, after a couple of trips, in locating the property we have purchased.
A determined and hard-working agent. She'll get the job done, if not the first time then the second and third time, with increasing tenacity. Very professional and thorough. Her record at Coomera Waters speaks for itself.
