I fully expected the sale of my home of 32 years to be stressful. Right from her initial appraisal Arabella made us fell relaxed about the process. No other agent valued it anywhere near here prediction. The Sale price was on the upper end of her appraisal which exceeded our expectation. We had 3 offers after the first open inspection.
