Everything was done right. The marketing was spot on. They built a sense of urgency among potential purchasers with lots of people through for the first inspection and a number of inspections in the first 10 days of the campaign. They also worked through a difficult contract period with purchasers struggling to get finance for an unusual property in a challenging banking environment. They achieved a price that exceeded my expectations in only three weeks. For a unique and somewhat changing parcel of land in excess of 20 acres, it was a fantastic result. Highly recommended.
