Ray White the Knaggs Group headed up by Aramis used all their skill & local knowledge to find a buyer for our property at a price that was acceptable in a softening market. There were three properties similar to ours on the market at the time & our property has sold & the other two are still on the market. Job well done. Thank you Aramis Pincovai, Bill Knaggs, Tim Jurisic, & all the team at Ray White the Knaggs Group

We recently listed and successfully sold our house with Ray White Real Estate. Aramis Pincovai, our listing agent was absolutely amazing. His knowledge, experience and total commitment to helping us was outstanding. He really knew his stuff, how the market was trending, and did his all to help ensure our success. We couldn't have asked for a more professional, well-managed transaction, and highly recommend Aramis to anyone seeking to buy or sell property in the Port Stephens area. Many thanks to Aramis and his colleagues at Ray White.

Buying and selling property can be a very stressful time, but not if you engage Aramis Pincovai and the wonderful team at Ray White The Knaggs Group. Aramis' professionalism, dedication and knowledge of the area allowed us to buy and sell at the right price within a 1 week period, simply amazing. We can't speak highly enough of Aramis. Thankyou so much. Want to sell your property? Call Ray White Nelson Bay.

We listed our investment property for sale with Aramis, after reviewing his history of sales in the area. Aramis provided an accurate price guide ahead of listing the property, compared with other agents in the region. The property took a couple of months to sell, due to the slow market. We are very happy with the result, price, communication and timelines. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aramis and his team to others looking to sell in the Nelson Bay area.

From his initial appraisal through to a successful early sale Aramis and his team were prepared, professional and communicative. Aramis has a genuine enthusiasm for Port Stephens real estate and Fingal Bay in particular. Combined with his easy but considered manner and local knowledge Aramis relates well to buyers as well as vendors. Aramis guided the market interest with great integrity and our family felt very comfortable in leaning into his advice and our father was delighted with the result. Thank you to all the team at RayWhite-TheKnaggsGroup for your combined efforts.

There are no words to express my huge gratitude & take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks to you all for your hard work to ensure the sale of our property. Aramis & the team organized inspections, productive open homes with comprehensive valuable feedback. The valuable contacts made to ensure our home was styled correctly, presentation tips as to what buyers are looking for, all contributed to a result to be happy with in this current market. Your strong knowledge of the market and professional & efficient advice made the whole process less stressing. We highly rate Aramis as we have PURCHASED and now SOLD through him & his team, we found the integrity and results were consistent on both occasions. Thank you, for helping us close this chapter and rebuild our lives, I am sure Peter would be smiling! We have enjoyed our family home and it holds lots of beautiful memories I am sure the buyers will enjoy it too... All the best x

Aramis made the whole process of purchasing very easy, and he was very clear and direct in communications. A great asset to the local area and real estate.

A big five-star thank you to Aramis and the team at Ray White the Knagg’s Group for their assistance in selling my mother's home. From the outset, Aramis showed a positive attitude toward the sale of the property. He took the time to go over the selling options for the current market and his recommendations for preparing the property. He would communicate regularly with updates on buyer interest, offers, and the selling process. I highly recommend Aramis as the go-to agent in Port Stephens.

I highly recommend Aramis. He was always at hand for advice & help achieving great results.

This is the second time we have used Aramis to sell our house. We were very pleased with his market knowledge, his communication and professionalism. We would not hesitate to recommend Aramis to anyone looking to sell.

Aramis was very professional throughout - was always responsive, provided great market knowledge and helped us practically resolve issues we encountered. Made what can be a very tricky process much easier to get through. Thank you!

Aramis was excellent to deal with, he follows through with things he says he will do and also executes items that require follow up. All round - very good communication with regular updates. We purchased a new build & his knowledge was outstanding- not always possible to get an agent that has the combined skills. Would highly recommend Aramis.
