From the moment we met Aramis and his team we knew we were in excellent hands. His extensive knowledge of the local market meant we secured an amazing offer prior to the auction of our property. Aramis was in constant communication with us from day one. His enthusiasm and professionalism are second to none. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
Aramis grew up in Port Stephens, so really knows the area and the market. His network and that of the wider BK-RW team really worked for me, and he was able to sell my property off market for a sale that exceeded my expectations. Great with communications and for guiding through the sale process. If you are keen to sell in the area, get in touch and give him a go.
Aramis and the entire team at Bill Knaggs Real Estate have assisted me with the management of my late uncle's affairs in more ways than just selling two properties. I have an eleven hour round trip to the Bay and Aramis and Bill have saved me numerous trips by organising trades people, they have even assisted with the sale of cars and the removal of rubbish. Rowena has helped me by paying bills from the trust account which no doubt is extra work for her. Communication has also been excellent. It’s a pity that I don’t live closer because I would refer my own clients to the team.
Aramis provides a professional hassle free service, always punctual and helpful. Our family would recommend Aramis to any buyer or seller.
Aramis was my "wingman" and my rock. As a first time seller, he guided me throughout the process with authentic care. Aramis demonstrated excellent skill and wisdom throughout the sale process. His professional work effort resulted in a successful sale result. I give 5 stars to Aramis and the team at Bill Knaggs Real Estate.
Very happy with Aramis's work, played a straight bat, professional and responsive. No hesitation in using him again in future.
We have known Aramis for sometime and have always been impressed with the manner in which he has conducted himself as a young Real Estate agent in the Bay. However having now recently been associated with him as our agent to sell our home at Fingal Bay both my wife and I were even more impressed with his professionalism and business acumen. Aramis was constantly communicating with us and leaving no stoned unturned in preparing our property for sale which culminated in our achieving a sale within the first week of listing and for a result that was more than satisfying. We would of course have no hesitation in recommending Aramis as an Agent.
Being an ex, long term real estate agent, it was more than interesting to be on the "other side". What buyers seem to loose sight of, is that the real estate agent is actually working for the vendor. The vendor pays his wages. But in Aramis's case. I thought he managed to balancing act well. Of course, today's buyer will be tomorrows seller: a point not to be missed. For mine, Aramis did this well. I know he did the vendor right, by his conversations and questioning of myself and my wife Kim. The Vendors will never know what Aramis did for them , other than getting a price they were happy with. I know how he did it. Congratulations Aramis, and I know what he will be able to do for us, when we decide to sell,
Aramis promptly provided information on the property and kept us informed throughout the whole process. He made the purchase of the property a good experience and is my go-to agent in the bay.
Aramis, what a guy. My partner and I just purchased our very first home and we are so glad it was with him. We dealt with almost every real estate agent in the Port Stephens area and we felt the most comfortable with Aramis. Even though we know he was working for the vendor, we always felt like he had our back. He was authentic, honest and we never felt cheated or ‘played’. He has a wealth of knowledge and always had time to answer our newbie questions. The entire office has been incredibly friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent / team. When we eventually sell we will definitely be giving him a call!
We selected Aramis after speaking to several agents concerning the sale of our property. We found him to be open and knowledgeable on how we should sell to maximise the outcome. During the course of the selling process, his experience was evident, especially when challenges arose.
aramis was very reliable and on time for our meeting and had all the knowledge and information i needed to proceed with the purchase of the property. he seemed to have a very good knowledge of the area around there as well. never had any problems comunicating with him and the sale ran very smooth. a pleasure doing buisness with him and the company.
