I chose Harcourts Wantirna as my Agent knowing that they could produce a good result from the sale of my house. As expected, they achieved the result I wanted. It's easy to work with Archie and his team and they looked after every aspect of the sale and has strategies to handle various situations of the sale. I can rate Harcourts Wantirna highly and they too have good business ethics and professionalism.

What impressed me most about Archie was his knowledge of the market and his clients - both the vendors and buyers. Also his calmness and patience through the process. We had a very tight deadline to sell. Archie and his team were able to put us in contact with stylists, handymen, conveyancer, etc. He gave us advice on what needed to be fixed to provide the best return in the eyes of our buyers. And gave us the confidence we could get it all done on the short time available. Through the process he gave us feedback from the inspections. I found this to be lighter in content than when I have sold houses previously. The feedback was not provided until Wednesday, which is also longer than I have experienced previously (usually Tuesday by lunch). I believe this was due to the high number of people visiting, and the fact that Archie himself was ringing around. We were a little uncomfortable with some of Archie’s strategies around auctions and reserve setting. He patiently explained the logic 2-3 times. It makes sense, but was still a little scary. My only advice is to understand his strategy and ask as many questions as you can to get a comfort level. Be clear on the minimum price you are willing to sell for, and what price you actually want. Then you need to trust him. From what I saw, the trust we placed in Archie was justified. I like the fact that Archie has bidders “register” to bid, giving us a little more comfort that we knew who was turning up on the day. This is law in NSW. Although I was surprised to hear we had 5 bidders when only one group out of ~30 actually inspected twice. Go figure. Importantly, we got a fair price just above the price range we wanted. So, in the end, a great experience. Archie and his team delivered, and kept our spirits up through the process. Thanks!

We have used Archie to sell our previous 2 family homes. Both had an amazing results. I would recommend Archie to anyone who is serious about selling their home and getting the best results.
