Archie and the Harcourt team have done a wonderful job with the sale of our large property in Wantirna. Archie had previously impressed us with a great result with the sale of my late father-in-law's property one year ago, so we naturally entrusted Archie with selling our own property. Being a large property of over 1800 square metres, it demanded a large involvement over a longer than normal selling period with six weeks of openings for inspection and before that about two months of interaction between Archie and a number of developers or investors.
