Arden was incredible in selling our place. We had an opportunity to buy another property but needed to sell quickly and well to make it all come together. Arden organised a handyman to update some of the properties features, organised for it to be staged beautifully, cleaned and ready to go for every inspection at all hours! Arden worked tirelessly with buyers, buying agents, and developers to find a great buyer and all within a short timeframe allowing us to go ahead with the new purchase.

Honestly Arden couldn’t have been more helpful or kind & patient with us. He really made sure we had the best campaign and the best shot of getting a fair price for our place!
