Ari, helped me out as a brother, It was my first house and had no experience in it. Ari not only sold the house but he also assisted me and guided me in all directions throughout the process until settlement. Even after settlement he told me how to start doing things in the house, how to get it all organised for living. He suggested me positive changes in the house to make it worth more and look better. He has been really helpful in negotiating 5% deposit and 45 days settlement. For me it was necessary because I did not have full deposit on me. If the deposit was still 10% I may not have come to auction. Ari a fantastic agent, I guess the word agent is not just enough, he is a friendly man with a fantastic helping nature and he goes out of his way to help others.
