I purchased a home from Ari 12 years ago and recently sought him out to assist me in selling it. The entire process was a breeze from start to finish. The advertising went up promptly and the first open for inspection quickly followed. In addition to the advertising Ari utilised his network to identify potential buyers and had over 20 people through the property within 4 days. Several great offers came from these inspections, including the purchaser's. Ari ran through each of the offers with me and always kept me in the loop every step of the way without in any way becoming overbearing. Excellent communication. The price achieved was more than I had in mind and after the contract was signed Ari kept me informed of what was needed from me at each step of the process and what was happening from the purchaser's side.
