As first home buyers my parnter and i didnt really know what to expect. But with Ari being our real estate provider he informed us with all the information we needed, and made the process easier than expected. He answered all of our question with no hesitation, and made sure that we had made the right decisions before purchasing our new home. I highly recommend him to first home buyers, due to the facts provided above. He has done a excellent job, and is just an all round nice guy.

Our house was in that price bracket which has been slow for a few years now. Ari warned us of this, but bearing in mind the unique architectural features of our house, he was confident that the house would sell within 3-6 months if priced appropriately. One sale fell through (the third time the prospective buyer had done this), and we decided to 'rest' the campaign over winter and took the opportunity to do some updating work. Once we hit the market again in mid August, we had a buyer within one month! Thanks Ari and the R&H team.
