Aristotle was always honest in his feedback/opinion and recommendations. He always responded in a timely manner although we did not physically meet until a little later. Upon meeting Aristotle he was friendly and extremely accomodating. The purchase of our coast home is a big step in our future and having to deal with Aristotle and seeing the SOLD sign go up has made the experience all the more memorable and we are extremely grateful.

Sometime buying a property is not so simple especially when you have a chain effect with multiple homes being bought and sold, then throw probate into the mix and the headaches started for Aristotle . I was so worried I would lose the house I found, due to settlement delays on our part, but Aristotle spoke with all the parties, and finally settlement happened. He knows his job, he communicated to all parties, you always knew where you stood and what was happening. I have bought and sold many properties and have dealt with good and bad realestate agents but Aristotle was outstanding and made the whole process much less stressful. When we are ready to down scale he will be the guy I call.
