The agent was very cooperative and friendly in supplying information and arranging keys, obtyaining information from vendor etc.

Art was incredibly professional throughout the selling process and was responsive to my needs at all times. She worked tirelessly to ensure there was high demand at open days as well as at auction. I was never given false hope with regards to the expected price and delivered a great result on auction day. I cannot speak highly enough of the way she conducted herself throughout the process and would definitely recommend her to prospective vendors and buyers.

It was pleasant to do business with Art. At each of the three opens she was informative, provided any additional information she had gathered from market response and was generally approachable and warm. On auction day, she was noticeably social with prospective clients and did a good job of canvassing on behalf of the seller. Post auction she was meticulous in walking us through the initial documentation and process. We would recommend Art to prospective clients.
