It was pleasant to do business with Art. At each of the three opens she was informative, provided any additional information she had gathered from market response and was generally approachable and warm. On auction day, she was noticeably social with prospective clients and did a good job of canvassing on behalf of the seller. Post auction she was meticulous in walking us through the initial documentation and process. We would recommend Art to prospective clients.
