Art was very friendly and approachable and easy to communicate with , this house we are buying is great investment and we can develop more in future thanks to art in achieving this purchase . Little bit drama here and there but that is property dealing process yet at the end we had our agreement met with vendor thru arts negotiation skills which were fair and equal between vendors and buyers.
