Art has a great attitude and is always motivated to do the best she can

I chose Art to sell my investment property as I had met her before at a few open houses and had been impressed by her professionalism and motivation to do the best possible job. A good communicator from the beginning, I was given a plan of action and always kept up to date with opens, viewings and any prospective buyers. Art stressed the importance of setting the right price so as not to miss the peak selling period and I remained fluid throughout the process to capitalize on this. Her negotiating skills are fantastic, always available to assist and offer advice. We are in a slow and sometimes difficult vendor market, even so my property was sold for an acceptable price in a little over 6 weeks which I think is fantastic. Thanks Art for making the process easy and enjoyable, with a great outcome for us both! I would not hesitate to recommend Art to anyone considering selling their property.
