We had the best Real Estate experience of our lives, so far, after meeting Arthur. He caught me on a day that I actually had time to stop and listen, although he got right to the point of his visit with humor and witty banter. He convinced us to give him a figure to sell our investment property, even though we had no intentions of selling it. So a crazy figure was given, along with strict instructions that we were not putting it on the market and we did not want to be bothered in any way, unless he had a signed contract, with us clearing that crazy figure. He obviously knew the market better then we did, as he had serious interest within two days and a signed contract within the week. What an amazing result!! Needless to say.. we sold it, how could we not!! Arthur is a genuine, professional Real Estate Agent, who knows his stuff.. we highly recommend him!! Thanks again Arthur!! :)

Arthur was warm and came across as genuine and ethical from the first meeting. Whereas other agents appeared more concerned about number of sales and their Commission, Arthur made me believe he wanted to achieve the best sale figure in my best interest. Very rare in this cutthroat and not always professional real estate world I've discovered. I genuinely hope Arthur does not lose those genuine and caring traits as I truly believe that is what most buyers and sellers appreciate in an agent. I certainly do which is why I will use Arthur again and will highly recommend him to everyone I know. He went over and above especially when I was in hospital and unable to prepare for open homes. He helped tidy and style my house knowing how I would wish my house to be presented. Only caring and genuine people would do that because he does not put Commission before his caring and friendly nature.
