As a prospective buyer in this very competitive market I really appreciate Arthur's honest approach particularly when it comes to pricing. From the properties that Arthur has listed recently I've noticed that the price guides have been much more indicative of the actual price at which the property sells. This is a welcome approach which saves much heartache, stress and financial cost. If only this approach was more widespread.
