Harry provided great customer service answering all of our questions in a timely manner and ensured we were able to secure a suitable time for our initial inspection of the property. He also was able to liaise with the vendor to enable us to have a second inspection and meet with the vendors to ask them questions about the property prior to settlement. He even went out of his way to contact us after the completion of the sale to see if there was anything further he could do. He then contacted the vendor on our behalf one more time to obtain an answer for a question we had. The sale went really well and we achieved a great price over our initial expectations which ended up paying for our renos on the next house. What can I say about Harry? From the moment he told me the market value of my home and it was below what I wanted to hear I knew I had my agent.
