Harry provided great customer service answering all of our questions in a timely manner and ensured we were able to secure a suitable time for our initial inspection of the property. He also was able to liaise with the vendor to enable us to have a second inspection and meet with the vendors to ask them questions about the property prior to settlement. He even went out of his way to contact us after the completion of the sale to see if there was anything further he could do. He then contacted the vendor on our behalf one more time to obtain an answer for a question we had.
