I have been buying and selling properties for almost 20 years and Ash Bassett is the stand-out Agent during that time. I spoke with Ash on the phone and my husband and I arrange to meet him on Sunday morning at the house in Seaford. (Sunday morning most agents wouldn't bother) We found Ash to be honest and easy to deal with, when we told him what price we wanted (it was on the high side) he said that's doable, all other agents in the Area with knowledge told us we were over the market by a considerable bit.
