These guys & particularly Ash do exactly what they say, they are real humans and treated me as a friend and not just a client, they were sympathetic to my needs and circumstances.Their valuation was absolutely spot on, they told me as it was at all time, they communicated at the right times in the process and the communication was clear and factual. If you want someone to 'Blow Smoke up your backside' then don't use Ash or Harcourts.....However if you want great guys and firm that are open, honest, reliable, trustworthy , know their profession inside out, & give great old fashioned customer service then look no further than these guys Would i use them again?.......Absolutely, they would be the only real estate firm i call Would i recommend them? ..... Absolutely, no hesitation , every time I would like to place on record my sincere thanks to Ash, Dylan & Harcourts without them i would be in a worse position just now Thank you Eric
