I think Ash has the right approach to, and skill set for his profession, as a majority of people dislike being "pressure" or "hard" sold. His open relaxed marketing style stems from his natural friendly manner , which is enthusiastic, bubbly , communicative and helpful. His major strength is his constant updating of clients re the progress / status of whatever stage of the property searching / making offers / contract exchanging / settling stage they are at. This is absolutely vital since obviously selling and buying property is amongst the most significant decisions most people ever make , and keeping them closely informed of the status of their transactions is extremely important. The reason I selected a Ray White agency was that Ash assured me that all their agents act as an integral co-operative part of the whole company , thus placing the groups full resources at the disposal of each agent. I certainly have no hesitation in recommending Ash and the Ray White group to potential clients.

Ash engaged with me 100% after less than 60 seconds of my viewing the property cards on the front window of his office. It didn't matter that my purchase was entry level as an investment on behalf of one of my children, and it didn't matter that my first pitch for the required property fell through.
