My concern with any agents when they are selling properties are they do not divulge any discrepancies with properties. Since moving into my property I have found, water dripping badly. As the main was turned off this was undetected. Air con not working , was not disclosed. Stove not working, undisclosed. I asked if water was individually metered. I was told yes, however it is not. So at this stage I prefer not to comment on any agent.
