Ashleigh was very professional and prompt in all of her communications, and very accommodating in terms of meeting for inspections and spending time at the property with me. As a first home buyer I was perhaps a little more nervous and uneducated about the whole process than most - but Ashleigh encouraged me to reach out to her at any time with any questions or concerns. Given how crazy the property market has been in 2021, and I think the tendency of some agents to forget that they are dealing with people who are making arguably one of the biggest decisions and investments of their life, I didn't feel like just another "number". We bought an apartment in Cannon Hill without the opportunity to visit the unit as we live in Sydney, however Ashleigh organised a video tour that help us making the decision. The virtual tour could have been enhanced and I encourage the team to do so for potential buyers interstate, however worked out fine for us!
