Ash has been an absolute pleasure to deal with when buying our property. No question was too small and every question was dealt with promptly, professionally, and courteously. Ashleigh is a credit to LJ Hooker Cannon Hill and I would not hesitate to recommend her to buy, sell, or lease with again. Likewise, the team at LJ Hooker Cannon Hill was simple and easy to deal with - our thanks to Deanne, Simon, Tayla, Nicole and the team for their expert and speedy service. Thank you again for a great experience.

Ashleigh was a great agent! She was super knowledgeable about the area and recent sales. She was also able to answer any questions about the property we were viewing. She was easy to work with and always contactable. She was great to work with and made the whole process a lot easier!

It was great dealing with you Ashleigh. You are very responsive and easy to deal with. Will love to deal with you in the future. Cheers

We became quite familiar with Ash over the course of our two year property hunt, which finally came to an end in April this year! Ash was great throughout the whole process, she regularly kept in touch and made the whole experience stress free. She also tells it exactly how it is and at no point do you think you’re getting a hard sell. It was a pleasure and if ever we come to sell in the future (not for many years I hope!) I’d have no hesitation to engage Ash and Deanne.

I was an inter-state customer and Ashleigh helped with first remote inspection and sent us everything we needed. We also participated an auction remotely as well and Ashleigh and the team made that happened. I will recommend her for future properties.

Took the time to ensure all my questions were answered and made buying my first unit as easy as possible. Would highly recommend the team to anyone chasing a breeze when buying

Ashleigh was extremely pleasant to deal with, not pushy at all, which I greatly appreciate, but welcomed all questions and extra inspections which were requested. Gave helpful advice and guidance to a new buyer in the Queensland market. If and when I'm ready to sell, I would be contacting Ashleigh to be my real estate agent.

Ashleigh was very professional and prompt in all of her communications, and very accommodating in terms of meeting for inspections and spending time at the property with me. As a first home buyer I was perhaps a little more nervous and uneducated about the whole process than most - but Ashleigh encouraged me to reach out to her at any time with any questions or concerns. Given how crazy the property market has been in 2021, and I think the tendency of some agents to forget that they are dealing with people who are making arguably one of the biggest decisions and investments of their life, I didn't feel like just another "number". Would definitely recommend!

It was great dealing with Ash and the team during the purchase process. Even though I was in another state they made every effort to accommodate virtual viewings to see the property. Also went over and beyond to help get the property rented. Highly recommend Ash

From the beginning to end, Ash was friendly and approachable and also professional and knowledgeable during the process of buying my first home. Ash was amazing during what was a stressful process making it feel not so stressful, with regular check ups and clear communication answering my million questions, as she said "no question is too small and to call anytime" to which I abused a little lol I felt at ease through the whole process. Would highly recommend using LJ Hookers Ashleigh Hansom

Ashleigh has made my purchase incredibly easy, right up until suggestions before settlement to make sure I didn’t miss a beat. As someone who often gets distracted with work commitments, having someone gently remind me about things I could’ve otherwise missed, has made a huge difference in my relaxation levels throughout this process. Thanks Ash!!

I had an excellent experience with Ash as a buyer. She knew exactly what my needs are and making sure that everything goes smoothly step by step. Also Ash is a quick responder as she act very quickly whatever I asked. She is an excellent agent I would definitely recommend Ashleigh!
