Ashley was friendly and approachable. He has good market knowledge and gave us a realistic expectation of the realisable market price range for our house. He gave us regular promptly weekly updates of open inspections and highlighted prospective buyers in his reports. He has a keen sense of which buyer to keep an eye on and was spot on because the ultimate buyer was the one he highlighted to follow up with in his reports.
