My wife and I live 1500km from where we purchased so a lot of the work was remote, especially as COVID-19 restrictions meant that only one of us could even travel to view the property. Prior to settling on Burrum Heads we had entered contracts for two other properties. In both cases agents actions meant we did not get them, even though we believed we had them. One used our offer to get a better offer and the other simply chose to reject our offer because they did not believe that being 1500km away we were serious buyers. Then we met Ash. Ash was remarkable in that he walked us through every step and worked with to ensure that we were never left wondering about anything. If we had a question, he had an answer and on the rare occasion that he did not have an answer instantly it was not long before he came back to us with one.
